Jada Kingdom

  • EartH (Evolutionary Arts Hackney) 11-17 Stoke Newington Road London, England, N16 8BH United Kingdom (map)

Hall - Standing

Jamaican pop vocalist Jada Kingdom, who’s signed to Amp Dot’s label Trakhouse, is making big moves in the music industry right now. Combining elements of dancehall with modernised R&B production and a versatile vocal style, the Kingston-based singer transitioned from modelling and having a social media presence into a full-on pop star in 2017. She had viral hits with ‘Love Situations’ and follow-up single ‘Unwanted’, both of which had videos that would be viewed with counts in the millions.

Throughout 2018, the singer released new singles such as ‘Wull On’, ‘Best You Ever Had (B.Y.E.H.)’, and ‘Banana’, and ended the year with a one-two punch of two new tracks released in the last days of December, ‘Medicine’ and ‘One Time’, crossing trademarks of reggae and dancehall with R&B.

Jada’s just released her new single ‘Business’, which we reckon is her best yet, and just did a #BussBars freestyle for Toddla T’s 1xtra show. Catch her at EartH before she blows up.
