Alt pop trio Stealing Sheep headline as part of their Spring tour coinciding with the release of their new album Big Wows, out on Heavenly Recordings in April.

Big Wows is heavier, harder and weirder than Stealing Sheep’s previous work. The record is bursting with fizzy, hyper-real, sugar-coated pop songs with rave percussion, steelpans, dreamy segues and breathy experiments. We remember when they released their first album back in 2012, but if you're not familiar with the band they've listed a broad range of influences – St Vincent, Michael Jackson, The Knife, Kraftwerk, Drake, Little Dragon. There's pretty much something for everyone in that list.

Bex from the band says: “We try new things out and we get more confident about what we like. There’s a really good thing Grayson Perry says about developing your creative intuition. You get to a level as an artist where you know on a gut level what you like and what you don’t like. It takes a long time to feel comfortable in that place, to know your palette.”

And their palette sounds oh-so colourful. We can't wait for it to fill EartH’s theatre.
