Pantha Du Prince

19:30 - 23:30

Due to the ongoing state of affairs and current advice against public gatherings, the show has been postponed to 29 October 2021. All tickets will remain valid.

Techno musician Pantha Du Prince (aka Hendrik Weber) lends a musical voice to tree life with this audiovisual piece, combining modified acoustic bodies of sound, instruments and electronics. Composed and written for an ensemble of three musicians, Conference of Trees undertakes a number of sound experiments to give resonance to the communication of trees. The live ensemble uses hand-crafted instruments to explore the sonic characteristics of different woods amid an immersive stage setting, combining avant-techno, visual poetics and speculative science. We’ve waited a long time to welcome Pantha back – and he’ll be joined by Catching Flies and Bendik HK for this special EartH Theatre show.
