Tell Tale Tusk

YOUNG DEAD are back at EartH again with another night of exciting new music – this time in the form of London’s finest folk ensemble Tell Tale Tusk. Having recently played a beautiful tribute concert at The Jazz Cafe to the one and only Elliott Smith, the group will be regaling us with their signature take on contemporary british folk music. Gorgeous 3 part harmonies, mesmerizing groovy percussion and delicate strings over sweeping guitar lines.

Support comes from Irish East London singer/songwriter Yvonne McDonnell. Fresh on the heels of her new single ‘Mud’, Yvonne has a voice that will cut deep through you, a gentle guitar style reminiscent of Billy Bragg or Kimya Dawson and intimate, violin laden songs full of rich dynamics.
