YMB Awards 2022

The Young Music Boss Awards is back and bigger than ever, taking place at EartH Theatre on 16th February 2022. 

The YMB Awards is different from the usual, celebrating trailblazers under 35, with unique categories ranging from ‘Music Entrepreneur of the Year’ (sponsored by Association of Independent Music (AIM), ‘Best Manager’, ‘Best A&R’, ‘Bets Publicist’, ‘Best Lawyer’ and ‘Best Publisher’ to group categories including ‘Best Service Agency’, ‘Best Label ‘ and ‘Best Publication. The awards show aims to celebrate those working tirelessly behind the scenes to move the industry forward.  The YMB awards shine a light on the masterminds behind the biggest campaigns, music videos, artists and mega deals whilst also energising and incentivising the next generation of music business creatives and executives. 

The event will be hosted by Monikah Lee and will feature performances by the likes of George the Poet and presentation by industry executive heavyweights as well as exciting talents such as Lady Leshurr.
