A fantastic opportunity for front of house staff at all levels, bar and floor, to join the restaurant team of the eagerly awaited EartH.
Executive Head Chef, Chris Gillard (previously of St.John restaurant) will be heading the kitchen.The restaurant space will be the hub of the building. During the day the offering will be a café style, breakfast and lunch, developing towards a more refined restaurant in the evening. Late night, small plates at the bar will accompany impromptu music performances and cocktails.
