Alabaster dePlume

This fluid live music performance reassures with behaviour and sound while it challenges with thoughts and words. With two recent viral clips shared close to a thousand times with 55K minutes viewed, the show delivers a distinct political philosophy through hilarious and provocative honesty. The quartet performance described as “The best artistic event I have ever experienced in my life” on the Manchester Jazz Festival website has also toured solo internationally. Collaborating with a fresh ensemble of musicians each month in his East London development residency ‘Peach’, saxophonist and spoken word artist Alabaster is engaging communities in the production of his 4th album The Corner of a Sphere. Instrumentals, songs and words respond to musicians, audience and occasion, in celebration of the individuality of all present.
